Jim's Mom Received Her Z21 Rollator Walker as a Reward from a VOCIC Giveaway

Jim was one of the lucky winners of the VOCIC color rollator walker giveaway. After receiving the Z21 rollator walker, Jim gave it to his mother. His mother, who has difficulty walking, uses a walker for daily activities and a wheelchair for outings.

"She got it as a gift. Before that, she was using a walker," Jim said. He received the gift in March, and his mother had never used a rollator walker before. She was thrilled that Jim won and excited to try the Z21 rollator walker. As soon as they opened the box, Jim's mom eagerly started using it. "She's 4'11" and 175 pounds," Jim said, noting that the Z21 perfectly suits his mom's height and weight.

The Z21 was a completely new experience for Jim's mom and changed her life. "She's able to get around more because if she gets tired, she can sit," Jim explained. The ability to move around more was undoubtedly beneficial for Jim's mom. When she gets tired, she can sit on the Z21 rollator walker and rest anytime. "She can now go shopping more because she has a seat to sit on when she gets tired," Jim added, saying that his mom now enjoys shopping much more.

When asked about her favorite feature of the Z21, Jim's mom praised the chair, which allows her to stop and rest when she's tired. Importantly, the brake keeps the walker steady without slipping, ensuring her safety, which is crucial for the user.

"Everyday. She uses it at home and to get around outdoors," Jim said. His mom now relies on the Z21 rollator walker daily, and it has enriched her outdoor life. They take it along on trips, folding it into the trunk or back seat of the car. Compared to a wheelchair, the weight of the Z21 is manageable for them. "She used to need a wheelchair when she went out, and now she no longer uses a wheelchair," Jim noted.

Jim also shared some suggestions for improving the Z21, such as raising the storage seat and bag, as his mom finds it difficult to bend down. This is the same for others with leg issues. This feedback was quickly relayed to the VOCIC product team, who responded, " We are considering incorporating these suggestions into future product upgrades."

"She's so much happier and looks forward to going out now, which she didn’t before," Jim said. His mom is much happier than before. Unlike in the past, she now eagerly anticipates every outing, enjoying the fresh air, shopping, and traveling with family. Most importantly, she feels more confident and independent, which makes her happy. "This is what VOCIC has always aimed for—helping seniors and the physically challenged live with independence, mobility, and dignity. We are thrilled to see Jim’s mother living a better life now," said Martin from the VOCIC product team.
