What happens if I return an order?
Points earned from a refunded order may be removed. If a points reward was used on a fully refunded order, the redeemed points are returned; the original coupon is not reissued.
Can rewards be combined with other offers?
No. Rewards cannot be combined with other order, product, or shipping discounts.
