Kindly reminder: 
1. Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging for returns.
2. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Dispatch the item within 5 days after approval to avoid return rejection.
4. Provide the return tracking number to VOCIC once shipped for processing.
5. After receiving the return, we’ll process your refund within 2-5 business days.

Exceptions for 30-Day Returns

1. No returns accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
2. Opened hygiene-related products can't be returned due to health concerns.

Package Loss

If you suspect your package is lost, contact us with your order number and tracking number so that our customer service team can initiate a package loss claim. This will help recover your lost or missing package. The process will take 7 days until formal confirmation is received from the shipping company.
