Cancellation of Orders Placed on vocic.com

If order hasn’t been shipped:

Please contact the customer service team by phone +1-833-879-9376 or by email at support@vocic.com at the very first moment. We’ll arrange the cancellation before the item dispatched.

If order is already in transit:

We will coordinate with the shipping company to recall the order and arrange a refund for you. If the package recall is successful, you will be charged a recall and operating fee. If the recall is unsuccessful, please refuse to accept the shipment upon delivery and notify us right away. The item will be returned to us by then. In case you missed the parcel rejection, please send us an email at support@vocic.com to return the package.

Refusal of Delivery

If you intend to refuse delivery upon receiving the package, please let us know by phone +1-833-879-9376 or by email at support@vocic.com at the very first moment. Failure to notify us of your refusal may result in delayed refunds or exchanges.

If a product is refused due to damage or defects, please capture photos and send to support@vocic.com along with your order number. We’ll run a double check and provide some practical solutions very quickly.

30-Day Easy Returns

Most products purchased on VOCIC.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Policies varies in different conditions. Make sure you read through this page before order.

Pay Attention to Below Matters when Request Return:

  • Ensure the product is brand new, undamaged and retains the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Send an email to the customer service team at support@vocic.com with the subject "Order Return Request," providing your order number, product information, and images or videos proving the issue.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and any resulting return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  • When you send back the package, please update the return package tracking number to support@vocic.com.

We will follow up with the process from here. Once returned package is received and confirmed, we’ll arrange refund within 3 working days.

Exceptions for 30-Day Returns:

  • Bundle discounts (unless the entire bundle package is returned)
  • Any items after 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Any products that may come into contact with bodily fluids are not able to be returned nor refunded when opened due to health risks. Products include but are not limited to bathroom safety, mattresses, and bath lift chairs.
  • Custom-made product.

These exceptions do not apply if your product is damaged or defective. In such cases, contact the customer service team, and we will work with you to find the best solution.

You will be liable for return freight costs if:

  • You request a return for a personal reason—for example, order the incorrect item or the spec does not fit, etc.

All VOCIC product pages clearly state the specifications of corresponding product. If you have any questions about whether the product will meet your needs, feel free to contact the sales or support teams before making a purchase), etc.

VOCIC will provide return label and pay return freight fees if:

  • Products damaged in transit;
  • Incorrect product shipped;
  • Defective products shipped;
  • Missing parts (VOCIC can swiftly arrange for part delivery; contact the support team if you need help);

For the above reasons, kindly take pictures or videos and send them to the support@vocic.com when requesting a refund. It helps expedite the process and let us better understand the cause.

Time Required for Refund Payment

VOCIC can only issue refunds through the original payment method used for the order.

When refund is initiated by VOCIC, it may take 3-7 working days for your financial institution to return the funds to your account.

If the refund doesn’t arrive within 3-7 days, please contact the payment institution to verify the status of the refund. If no progress achieved, please provide us with more details for verification and solutions.

Exchange Products

If you want to exchange a product, please send an email to support@vocic.com to inquire about possibilities and arrangements. Make sure to include your order number. We will respond within one working day.

Package Loss

If you suspect your package is lost, email support@vocic.com with your order number and tracking number so that our customer service team can initiate a package loss claim. This will help recover your lost or missing package. The process will take 7 days until formal confirmation is received from the shipping company.
