VOCIC offers FREE shipping for all orders within the US mainland, using reputable international carriers like FedEx, UPS, USPS, and others. Expect swift and secure delivery with VOCIC.

 

Free shipping is not applicable to Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Guam, and Puerto Rico. If you need items shipped to these areas, feel free to contact us at support@vocic.com for estimated shipping costs and arrangements.

 

Tax

The price indicated includes anticipated sales tax and you needn't pay for extra sale tax.

 

Order Processing and Shipment

 

1. Order Confirmation

After your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. There will be 24 hours for you to confirm whether you have any changes. If no confirmation reply is received within 24 hours, your order will be auto-confirmed and proceed to shipment.

 

2. Order Processing

We have strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 1-3 business days.

3. Shipping

Please be aware that shipping times may be impacted during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers may limit their operations. While this circumstance is beyond our control, we endeavor to address this issue to the best of our ability.

*The total duration for receiving your order comprises the processing time plus the shipping time.
