Shopping on VOCIC.COM is a breeze! There are two ways for you to place an order.
Option 1: Place an order as a VOCIC member

How to Order as a VOCIC Valued Member:
Step 1: Click My Account in the navigation bar, then click Create an account to set up your VOCIC account for easy shopping.
On the Create an account page, please input your First Name, Last Name, valid Email address, and Password, then click CREATE AN ACCOUNT button. After that, you will receive a notification email from vocic.com with the subject "VOCIC: Customer Account Confirmation," confirming the creation of your VOCIC account.
If you already have a VOCIC account, simply enter your account Email address and Password, then click the SIGN IN button to access your account.
Step 2: Browse the products you're interested in, click ADD TO CART button to add them into your shopping cart.
Step 3: Enter your shopping cart and click CHECKOUT button to proceed with your purchase.
Step 4: On the checkout page, kindly input your Shipping address, select your preferred Shipping method, and choose a Payment option.
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address and phone number, as it cannot be modified once the item has been shipped.
The same goes to the billing address, as it cannot be changed after the order is placed. You may use the same shipping address for billing or enter a different one.
If you have a discount code, enter it to the right column Discount Code section and click the Apply button to apply the discount.
Once you've confirmed that everything is correct, click the Pay Now button to submit your order and complete the payment.
Step 5: Once your payment is completed, you should receive a notification email from VOCIC confirming your order. If you encounter any issues or need to make any modifications to your order, please contact our dedicated support team at support@vocic.com at the very first moment.
VOCIC will process your order and arrange the shipment accordingly. Usually, order processing takes 1-3 business days, followed by an additional 7-15 business days for shipping and delivery. For more information on shipping and delivery, please refer to this page.
Option 2: Place an order as a visitor, simple and quick
Step 1: Browse the products you're interested in, click Add to Cart button, then proceed to shopping cart to submit your order.
Step 2: Fill out the shipping information (including your country, name, address, and phone number) and complete the payment. Your products will be delivered soon.
