Connie’s Favorite Features of the U31 Wheelchair
While she hasn’t fully used the U31 yet, Connie is already impressed with some key features of the wheelchair. “It appears to be comfortable. It’s easy to fold, and it looks very sturdy.” The lightweight design and foldability are particularly important for her, as they make traveling easier. “I love how compact it is. I’ll be able to store it in the car when we travel,” she explains. Although Connie hasn’t yet had the chance to test every feature, the initial impressions are positive.

After accidentally placing two orders, she reached out to the support team. “Excellent,’’ she says. “I got confused with ordering and ended up with two.
