We have learned that this chair looks very heavy, will it be difficult to move?
The four wheels at the base allow the chair to be moved easily, and it can even be pushed a short distance while the user is seated.
Does the package come with a charger and a hand control, or do I need to buy them separately?
Yes, the package includes a charger and a hand control, no extra purchase needed. If you happen to receive a package that's missing these items, we'll send out replacements.
I'm confused about the Charging Info. After charging my hand control for 3 hours, there's still no light. Is it broken?
During charging, the charger's light turns red and green when fully charged. The hand controller's light itself remains off during or after charging. To check the battery, press "UP" or "DOWN" on the controller; the light indicates the battery level.
If I use the chair lift mainly for emergencies and not frequently, how often should I charge the hand controller?
The charging frequency for the hand controller should align with how often you plan to use it. However, even if you don't use the chair lift for extended periods, I recommend charging it fully at least once a month to prevent deep discharge.
